The solution is: 

1. connect the cable; 2. open the sensor and re connect; 3. brush the electrode surface; 4. connect the ground wire. 2) liquid flow without output: 1. and the converter between the signal transmission cable two core line connection; 2. power supply no contact or poor contact; 3. sensor instrument channel, shell, end leakage. Solution: 1. down thread; 2. good power supply, keep in good contact; 3. repair sensor. 3) output instability: 1. flow instability; 2. through the sensor liquid containing gas and solid blocks; 3. electrical connection 4. virtual connection; bad grounding electrode; 5. leakage solution: 1. transformation pipeline, or increase the installation of false sensor; 2. normal phenomenon; 3. check the wiring, connect the wire; 4. connect the ground; 5. repair sensor. 4) the error is too large: 1. zero is too high; 2. is not completely filled with liquid; 3. power supply distortion is too large; 4. grounding is bad. Solution: 1. adjust the zero point; 2. improve the pipeline conditions, the sensor is always full of liquid; 3. improve the power supply conditions, in line with the normal working conditions; 4. good grounding.
